❌ Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Refunds
These items cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty):
- Sexual wellness products (must be unused and sealed)

2. Return In-Store (Fastest Method)
Bring your item + proof of purchase to any Mecca store.
In-store returns allow:
- Refunds back to card (if unopened)
- Exchange or credit (if lightly used)

3. Return by Post (Australia – Free)

- Mecca emails you a free Australia Post return label
- Print the label (or use the Post Office QR code)
- Pack your item with proof of purchase
- Lodge at any Post Office / Box / Parcel Locker
5. Refund Confirmation
Mecca emails you once:
- Your parcel arrives
- Your return is approved
- Your refund or credit has been issued
If you don’t hear back within 14 days (post returns), contact Customer Care with your tracking ID.
