? Avoid the runaround.

• Order Cancellations: Kogan allows cancellations only within a very short window (usually less than an hour) after purchase. If the order is already processing, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must wait for delivery to initiate a return.
• Change of Mind Returns: If you miss the cancellation window, eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund (exclusions apply).
• Kogan First Membership: Once paid, Kogan First subscriptions are non-refundable, except during the 14-day free trial period.
• Kogan Mobile & Internet: Prepaid services do not require cancellation, simply stop recharging. Contact Kogan Mobile Support for assistance with deactivating services.

Cancelling a Kogan Order:

1. Log into Your Kogan Account – Go to Order History and check if the Cancel Order button is available.
2. Click Cancel Order – If the option is available, confirm cancellation.
3. Contact Kogan Support if Needed – If no cancel button appears, submit a request via the Kogan Help Centre.
4. Receive Refund Confirmation – If canceled successfully, Kogan will refund the payment to your original method within 3-5 business days.

Cancelling Kogan First Membership:

1. Go to Account Settings – Navigate to Kogan First under your account.
2. Select “Cancel Renewal” – Confirm that you do not want auto-renewal.
3. Trial Members: If canceling within 14 days, no charge will be applied.
4. Paid Members: Your membership remains active until the period ends, but no refund is given for unused months.

Cancelling Other Kogan Services:

• Kogan Mobile: Stop auto-recharge in the Kogan Mobile app or call 1300 056 426 for assistance.
• Kogan Internet & Insurance: Contact the respective service provider directly for cancellation options.

• Order Cancellations: Usually within an hour of purchase; after that, orders are locked for processing.
• Pre-Orders: Can sometimes be canceled before dispatch; contact Kogan support as early as possible.
• Change of Mind Returns: Must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Kogan First Cancellation: Can be done anytime to prevent renewal; free trials must be canceled before the 14th day to avoid charges.

• Order Cancellations: No cancellation fees if done within the short window before processing.
