Canceling an HP Online Store Order (Before Shipment):

1. Check Order Status Quickly: Log into your HP account and view order status. If marked "Processing," cancellation may still be possible.
   
   
2. Request Cancellation Immediately: Contact HP Post Sales support promptly at 1300 635 787 or via email at hpstoreaustralia@customerservice.team.
   
   
3. Receive Confirmation: HP will confirm cancellation via email; your order status online will update to "Canceled."
   
   

Canceling HP Instant Ink Subscription:

1. Log in to Your Instant Ink Account: Visit HP Instant Ink and sign in.
   
   
2. Navigate to Plan Management: Click "My Plan" and select "Cancel Subscription."
   
   
3. Complete Cancellation: Confirm cancellation; service ends at your current billing cycle's completion.
   
   
4. Return Ink Cartridges: HP provides instructions for returning any unused Instant Ink cartridges.
   

Order Cancellation Deadline:
