How to cancel a FedEx subscription, service or order
Cancel a shipment label:
- Log in to FedEx Ship Manager (online tool).
- Go to Shipment History.
- Find the shipment → click the three-dot menu.
- Select Cancel shipment and confirm.
- If a pickup was scheduled, cancel that separately.
Cancel a pickup:
- Go to Schedule & Manage Pickups or Pickup History.
- Tick the box next to the pickup.
- Click Cancel pickup → confirm “Yes.”

How long does a FedEx cancellation take?
- Shipment labels → Must be cancelled within 12 hours of creation or before ship date.
- Pickups → Cancel at least a few hours before the driver arrives. Same-day pickup cancellations are possible if done early.
- After 12 hours/ship date → The system may not allow cancellation, but unused labels are not charged.
