 cancellations – how to easily cancel your subscription or service

Dan Murphy’s allows cancellations under specific conditions. For online orders, you can cancel before the dispatch stage, which typically means acting within hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, cancellation isn’t guaranteed and must go through the returns process. Refunds may be reduced for delivery or restocking costs.

For My Dan’s loyalty memberships, cancellation is simple and free. You can close your account anytime via the app or website.

Wine subscriptions (e.g. Dan’s Wine Club) follow a billing cycle. To cancel without charge, act at least 3 days before your next billing date. After the cut-off, your next box will be sent and charged.

• Online Orders: Use Dan Murphy’s Live Chat on the website as soon as possible. Provide your order number and request cancellation. If chat is unavailable, submit a request via the Contact Us form.
  
  
• My Dan’s Membership: Cancel through your account settings on the website or app. You can also request cancellation via Live Chat.
