Netflix allowed my PayPal to be charged for someone else to watch their program. I do not have an active account with them. and my PP was charged for a streaming service, when contacted they couldnt seem to careless. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they still were not concerned at all .

My debit card was stolen and cancelled. I went into my account and changed the billing details to another car from a different back under a different name to the other one. Payments have been deducted to this account for 6 months and then all of a suddenIy get an email that says they couldn't deduct the amount. I checked my bank and the deductions had been being billed to the new card. I called Netflix to find out where my back details disappeared to and why the old card details have reappeared on my account. I was told to renter my back details. I don t want to do this because to me the system isn't secure if my bank information can be lost. Customer service said there is nothing they can do I just need to renter my details but I am not doing that.

Netflix is the most tone deaf company aside from the usual suspects!!! Their customer services is appalling and negligent at best!!! They honestly believe they hold the monopoly so can therefore manipulate their market!!! We can all do without a company that is repetitive in its content, rude in its customer services and negligent at best in its aggressive sales services trying to force its custom into redundant contracts!!! They are all round tone deaf and hugely outdated in their aggressive sales approach!!!

I used to have Netflix until I found it too expensive. I have tried to sign up again as it is now only $6.99. I can go all the way through until it comes to payment. I have tried PayPal and a MasterCard, but it keeps saying "sotty but something went wrong. Please try again later". After 4 hours of try ING every 15-20 minutes I still got the same message. I rang them on 1800⁹50726 and was told that you can only try 5 times to add payment methods, then you need to wait 24-48 hours. If it does not work then, use another email or buy a Netflix card and try again in a couple of days. Five of us tried signing up, with different emails and payment methods, including a Netflix card. None could sign up. He said that if the Netflix card does not work they will not refund them and if they do not work. The only solution according to the guy on he phone is to not be impatient and keep trying every couple of days to see if it works. There is no other answers oolr solutions according to them.

My daughter's profile disappeared off our account. Netflix customer service say one of us has deleted it. This is not the case. Apparently there is no way to retrieve the data, we just have to live with it and they blame us. Rubbish service from the most expensive streaming service. Why should we keep it?
