  1. If you cancel the Captain’s Pack and haven’t redeemed the voucher, you're refunded the airfare (minus any airline fees), and the voucher is voided.
  2. If you’ve redeemed the voucher, its value is deducted from your refund, plus airline fees .
  3. Future Price Drop claims are based on the re‑booking price, not your original fare .
