1. Find the competitor’s lower price: Ensure it’s the same product and still available.
   
   
2. Bring proof.: A screenshot, photo, or catalogue showing the price and competitor’s details works best.
   
   
3. Go to your local Chemist Warehouse: Ask a staff member before you pay, saying: “I found this product cheaper at [Competitor]. Can you match it?”
   
   
4. Show your evidence. Staff will check the product, store location, and date of the offer.
   
   
5. Get your discount. Once verified, Chemist Warehouse matches the price and takes an extra 10% off the difference, which is instantly applied at checkout.
