• Best Local Price: The app searches for the lowest fuel price at up to five nearby 7-Eleven stores within a 250 km radius.
  
  
• Lock in for 7 Days: Once locked, your fuel price remains valid for 7 days, protecting you from price hikes.
  
  
• Volume Limit: Price lock covers up to 150 litres per transaction.
  
  
• Maximum Saving: Savings capped at 25 cents per litre compared to the pump price.
  
  
• Single Active Lock: Only one active price lock at a time, with limits on how frequently you can activate it (twice per 24-hour period).
  
  

Important Note: No price matching for non-fuel products. The app doesn’t compare competitor prices, it's purely for securing the best fuel price among 7-Eleven’s own locations.

Since 7-Eleven uses the Fuel Price Lock feature rather than traditional price matching, here’s the simple, self-service process to secure the best fuel price:

1. Download & Launch the App:
   
   
   • Get the free My 7-Eleven app (available on iOS App Store and Google Play).
     
     
   • Sign up or log in to your account.
     
     
2. Choose Fuel Type:
   
   
   • Select your preferred fuel (Regular 91, Premium 95, Diesel, etc.).
     
     
3. Find Best Local Price:
   
   
   • Allow the app to search for the lowest fuel price among nearby 7-Eleven stations (up to 250 km away).
     
     
4. Lock in Your Price:
   
   
   • Hit the "Lock in My Best Local Price" button to secure your selected price for 7 days (up to 150 litres).
     
     
   • Confirm your selection; you cannot change the lock afterward.
     
     
5. Fill Up at 7-Eleven:
   
   
   • Visit any 7-Eleven fuel station nationwide within 7 days (ideally when pump prices are higher to maximise your savings).
     
     
6. Redeem Your Locked Price:
   
   
   • Fill your vehicle and go inside to pay.
     
     
   • Open the app’s "My Card" barcode, show it to the attendant before payment.
     
     
   • Your discount applies automatically (up to 25 cents per litre).
     
     
7. Enjoy the Savings:
   
   
   • Pay the locked-in price (or the current pump price if lower).
