? Avoid the runaround.

• TikTok Shop Orders – Orders can only be cancelled before the seller ships them, usually within 1 hour of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — you’ll need to wait for delivery and request a return/refund. Custom, perishable, or digital items may not be eligible.
  
  
• TikTok LIVE Subscriptions – These are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation stops auto-renewal, and you keep benefits until the end of the paid cycle. No penalties apply.
  
  
• TikTok Accounts – You can delete your TikTok account anytime. A 30-day deactivation period applies - log back in within this time to reactivate. After 30 days, the account is permanently deleted.
  

Cancelling a TikTok Shop Order

1. Open the TikTok app → go to Profile > Orders.
   
   
2. Select the order you want to cancel.
   
   
3. Tap “Cancel Order” (visible only if eligible).
   
   
4. Select a reason and confirm.
   
   
5. Refunds are released automatically to your original payment method.
   
   

💡 Tip: Act within the first hour to avoid issues. After shipping, you’ll need to process a return.

Cancelling a TikTok LIVE Subscription

• On iPhone (iOS): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Find TikTok → Cancel Subscription.
  
  
• On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel.
  
  
• On TikTok Website (if available): Profile → Settings → LIVE Subscriptions → Cancel.
  
  

You’ll retain perks until the current billing period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Deleting Your TikTok Account

1. In TikTok app: Profile → Menu (☰) → Settings & Privacy → Account.
   
   
2. Select “Deactivate or delete account.”
   
   
3. Choose Delete permanently, then confirm via SMS/email.
   
   
4. Your account is deactivated for 30 days. Log in during this period to reactivate.
   
   
5. After 30 days, deletion is permanent.
   

• Shop Orders – 1-hour cancellation window (before shipment).

• Refund Timelines – Typically 3–5 business days, but allow up to 10.
