- Click & Collect: Email customer care or tell the pickup store staff you wish to cancel before collection. Refunds are handled centrally.
- In-store services: Cancel or reschedule via the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting the store at least 24 hours in advance.
- Subscriptions: For newsletters, unsubscribe via the email link. Beauty Pass loyalty program has no cancellation requirement.
How long does a Sephora cancellation take?
- Product orders: No grace period. Cancellations are essentially unavailable after you click “Place Order.”
- Click & Collect: Can be cancelled any time before collection.
- Beauty Services: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Shipping/dispatched orders: If cancellation isn’t possible, wait for delivery and return within 30 days (unused/unopened).
