Samsung’s Price Promise offers a 14-day post-purchase price guarantee for items bought directly from Samsung’s online store or Shop app.

✅ You’re eligible if:

• You purchased directly from Samsung.com.au or the Samsung Shop app.
  
  
• You find a lower price within 14 days of purchase.
  
  
• The item is identical (same model, color, specs, and new in box).
  
  
• The competitor’s item is in stock at a Samsung-approved retailer.
  
  
• The competitor price is publicly visible online (no private quotes, no member-only pricing).
  
  

⚠️ Only one claim per product per order is allowed. Samsung will refund the price difference after verifying your claim.

📝 Here’s how to submit your Price Promise claim:

1. Find a Lower Price: Confirm it’s the same product and that the competitor is on Samsung’s approved list.
   
   
2. Gather Evidence: Screenshot the product page showing:
   
   
   • Competitor name and logo,
     
     
   • Product model and specs,
     
     
   • Visible price and “In Stock” status,
     
     
   • Full browser window with URL bar if possible.
     
     
3. Submit the Claim Form:
   
   
   • Go to Samsung’s Price Promise page → “Make a claim”.
     
     
   • Fill in your Samsung order number, email, competitor info, product SKU, date, and price.
     
     
   • Upload your screenshot and submit the form.
     
     
4. Wait for Review: Samsung typically responds within 5 business days. You’ll get an email confirming approval or rejection.
   
   
5. Receive Refund: If approved, Samsung refunds the difference to your original payment method once your product has been delivered.

All proof must be clear, complete, and current when you submit the claim.

Samsung’s Price Promise won’t apply if:

• The retailer is not on the approved list,
  
  
• The product is not new and unopened,
  
  
• The competitor’s price is based on:
  
  
  • Promo codes, voucher offers, or bundles,
    
    
  • Loyalty, student, or member-only discounts,
    
    
  • Trade-ins, contract pricing, or carrier deals,
