Can you cancel your Youfoodz subscription? Check eligibility and conditions
Youfoodz subscriptions are fully flexible with no lock-in contracts. Every customer can cancel at any time, provided they do so before their weekly order cut-off.
Key eligibility conditions to understand:
- Cancel Anytime: Youfoodz meal plans can be cancelled after any delivery - even after your first box.
- Weekly Cut-Off Applies: All changes (skipping, editing, or cancelling) must be made before your personal weekly cut-off time.
- Cut-Off Varies by Location: Your cut-off depends on your state and delivery day and is clearly shown in your account under Upcoming Orders.
- After Cut-Off: If you cancel after cut-off, that week’s order will still be delivered and charged. Cancellation applies from the following week.
- No Minimum Commitment: There’s no requirement to stay subscribed for a set number of weeks.
- Skipping vs Cancelling: You can skip individual weeks if you want a short break, or cancel entirely to stop all future deliveries.
- One-Off Orders: Guest or one-time orders don’t auto-renew and don’t require cancellation.
In short: everyone can cancel, and it’s penalty-free - you just need to do it before the weekly cut-off.

Key timing rules:
- Weekly Cut-Off: Each week has a cut-off date and time for changes, shown in your account.
- Before Cut-Off: Cancel or skip before cut-off and you won’t be charged or receive that week’s delivery.
- After Cut-Off: Cancel after cut-off and that week’s meals will still be delivered and charged.
- No Long Notice Period: You don’t need to cancel weeks in advance - just before cut-off.
- Auto-Charge Timing: Charges usually occur shortly after cut-off.
