Stan subscriptions in Australia operate on a no lock-in, month-to-month basis. You can cancel your Stan subscription at any time without penalty.

Stan offers flexible cancellation for:

• Standard Stan plans
• Stan subscriptions with the Stan Sport add-on

If you cancel a paid subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Stan does not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days.

If you cancel during a free trial, the cancellation takes effect immediately and access ends straight away.

If you cancel your base Stan subscription, any attached Stan Sport add-on will also be cancelled automatically. You can also cancel Stan Sport separately and keep your standard Stan plan active.

If you subscribed through a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), cancellation must be completed through that platform rather than directly through Stan.

To cancel Stan directly through Stan:

1. Log in to your Stan account using a web browser.
2. Click your profile icon and select Manage Account.
3. Go to Subscription Information.
4. Select Cancel my subscription.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

After cancellation:

• Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email showing when access will end.

If you subscribed via a third party:

• Apple App Store: Cancel via Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Google Play: Cancel via Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions.

Stan Sport can be cancelled separately through the Manage Add-Ons section if you want to keep your base Stan plan.

Stan cancellations stop future billing but do not immediately end access for paid subscriptions.

• Paid subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Free trials: Cancelling ends access immediately.
• To avoid renewal charges: Cancel before your next billing date.

There is no minimum notice period. Cancelling one day before renewal is generally sufficient, though cancelling earlier provides peace of mind.

Stan Sport add-on cancellations follow the same billing cycle and end at the conclusion of the current period.

Stan does not charge cancellation fees.

There are:

• No early termination fees
• No exit penalties
• No reactivation fees if you resubscribe later

If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, that charge applies to the full period. Cancelling simply prevents the next renewal.

Gift cards or prepaid periods continue until fully used and are not refunded upon cancellation.
