In those cases, Jetts will refund any unused fees when supported by a medical certificate. Memberships can also be terminated in the event of a member’s death, with unused fees refunded to the estate.

How to cancel a Jetts Fitness subscription, service or order
Cancelling a Jetts Fitness membership is simple if you follow the official process:
- Contact your home club
Your cancellation must be handled by the Jetts club where you originally joined. The fastest option is visiting the gym during staffed hours and requesting a Membership Cancellation Form.
- Submit your cancellation in writing
Complete and submit the cancellation form in person, or send a written request via email or letter. Make sure it clearly states that you want to cancel your membership and includes your full name and membership details.
- Ask for confirmation
Always request written confirmation that your cancellation has been received and processed. If cancelling in person, ask for a copy of the signed form. If cancelling by email, request a confirmation reply.
- Follow up if needed

If you cancel during the 10-day cooling-off period, your cancellation is immediate and eligible fees are refunded.
