Adobe allows you to cancel your Creative Cloud subscription at any time, but the outcome depends on when you cancel and which plan you’re on.

In short: everyone can cancel, but fees and refunds depend on timing and plan type.

You can cancel Adobe Creative Cloud online in just a few minutes:

1. Sign in to Your Adobe Account
   Visit https://account.adobe.com and sign in with the Adobe ID that owns the subscription.
2. Go to Plans
   Navigate to Plans or Subscriptions, then select Manage plan next to your Creative Cloud subscription.
3. Start Cancellation
   Click Cancel your plan.
4. Review Plan Details
   Adobe will show your next billing date, any applicable refund, or any cancellation fee. Review carefully.
5. Select a Reason
   Choose a reason for cancelling (optional) and continue.
6. Review Retention Offers
   Adobe may offer discounts or free months. You can decline and proceed.
7. Confirm Cancellation
   Click Confirm cancellation to finalise.
8. Check Confirmation
   You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email. Keep this for your records.

If you don’t see a Cancel button, it may be due to a billing issue, plan type, or temporary system delay. In that case, try again later or contact Adobe Support.

Timing is critical with Adobe subscriptions:

• 14-Day Full Refund Deadline: Cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal to receive a full refund.
