Customer complaint regarding dangerous driving by jim's mowing franchisee, seeking apology and resolution for inappropriate behavior in front of grandkids.
This JIms Lawnmowing franchise drive, should no the road rules if you are merging do not cut the other driver off the road 11.05AM Pacific Hwy Charmhaven NSW 2263. I followed the driver to get his number plate, and the foul and abusing language was disgusting as I has my two grandkids in the car. I had follow him in to Blue Haven where I live and finally got his number plater as I moved in front of him. Great to see a franchise acting in this manner

Customer complains about andrew foster from jim's mowing lawnton for cancelling appointments and not providing garden maintenance services.
Complaint re Jim’s Mowing Lawnton – Weed Control & Gardening only Andrew Foster attended onsite to quote on weed control, assisting with remulching & general garden tidy up 06 Dec 23 Booking made for 0730 hrs. 05 Dec 23 At 2006hrs Andrew sent SMS cancelling his attendance on 06 Dec 23 & requesting I reschedule – I agreed to change & Andrew replied saying he would let me know his availability the following morning 07 Dec 23 Nothing was received from Andrew, so I sent him a message requesting an update as to when & if he could still do the gardening job. Andrew replied advising he could do Thursday 14 Dec 23 at 12pm which I accepted. 14 Dec 23 Andrew attended on site & persevered for about 1.25 hrs – the outside temperature was 39 degrees – way too hot to be gardening. I paid him for his time & once again he said he would get back to me the next day with his availability – It is now 09 Jan 24 & sadly there has been no contact from Andrew. Such a situation does not reflect well on Jim’s Mowing. My husband & I are in our late 70s & we do have mobility issues. We really need help with the initial weed control & tidy up of our property & ongoing garden maintenance. Andrew came across as a very polite young man however, it’s obvious he does not want our job. What is most disappointing is he hasn’t had the courtesy to let us know. We need someone to help us now & Andrew Foster is not that person

Waited all day to have my roses pruned professionally. Alexander Manucci never showed up. Did not answer text or phone call. Very disappointed. Will have to find someone else to prune my roses.
