Customer complains about hostplus not receiving financial hardship forms sent by express post, seeking resolution and apology.
I have applied for financial hardship sent all forms by express post delivered yesterday 7 am they tell me they don’t have it and to just wait I asked to escalate it and they told me it would not achieve anything as they don’t have my forms But confirm it’s delivered

Customer unable to register identity documents for online withdrawals, system repeatedly rejects non-driver's license ids, frustrated with hostplus service.
I have tried 3 times in the last 6 months to register my identity documents so that I can make withdrawals on line. On each and every occasion your system has accepted my NSWDrivers Licence and rejected my Medicare card and my passport. Your helpful staff have said on the 3 occasions that ‘it’s my server, the system is experiencing problems and just today ‘the system isn’t working! I’m deeply frustrated and and wish to register a formal complaint that HostPlus is offering a service THAT DOES NOT WORK!

Customer's name change request denied by hostplus due to certifier issue, seeking apology and resolution for unclear requirements on identity documents.
I sent in my documents to change my name. My identity documents were denied and host plus said it was because the certifier didn’t confirm how long they had worked at the post office for. Hostplus does not include this as a requirement on any of their paperwork for identity documents.

Customer complaint about hostplus not accepting certified documents due to missing address on certification, plans to escalate to ombudsman.
I sent in certified copies of my change of name and documents, certified by a solicitor, and they will not accept them because his address was not on the certification. This is not a requirement for certification as I am a JP. MY case number is 55237663, I will also send a complaint through to the Ombudsman, all my ID has been updated, passport, DL and medicare without this requirement which has been made up.
