Customer seeks refund for postage after being misinformed about stock availability, online order stuck in transit, no customer service available.
I contacted Gorman about sale items in Western Australia and was told there where none of the items I wanted in stock. So I would have to order online. I did this and Paid postage. I then visited Claremont store within 24hrs and the two items I wanted were there. My online order is now stuck in transit and I needed them for a trip overseas. There is no customer service number and no online chat to resolve this issue.
