My name is Armstrong, I bought a phone s24 Astral from a store, paid off the phone,a month later I was not satisfied with my first bill, I complain of it being to high for my income, so I had to move to other carrier.i paid off ,my first bill of 232.06 , before moving to another company. I did explained to the guys in the store ,so I went ahead to cut off my self with ATandT. Currently I'm paying my bills with the new carriier and I was surprised to re immediately a mail today with the debt of 376.44 dollar to pay which I'm not using any service of this company. Please im not a trouble someone I m not working right now to pay such bills

Best regards, I write why a few months ago I made a purchase with the company Att& I made the purchase and Mr. Deiner told me that for each phone line he would give me a gift card for 100 dollars which was 4 lines ($400) days ago I called customer services and they told me that I had to approve my cards online at Att.com/rewardcenter to be able to accept it and they asked me for a pin Enter your Claim Number (listed below), and click the "Access your rewards" button.  110541465315. I made the acceptance which I called again and it told me that my cards are not in the system which is disrespectful to deceive people it is something dishonest on the part of the company and they do not give any information and they do not The stability or happiness of the users does not matter, they only do things with lies and it is a matter of loyalty.I go to the stores and they do not give information that we are not in the system but as I say, one buys trusting the people who give the gifts they promise or if not, we would not make the purchases.

Customer seeks compensation for entire bill, replacement phone due to employee negligence resulting in $2,500 bill for stolen phone.
So I walked in earlier this year to a office in West Palm Beach, just outside of Keiser University in the plaza with Publix. I told the guy working there that my phone was stolen. So he gave me a pamphlet to go through the steps, I start doing the steps and I get told I need to have my service suspended, but in order to do that I had to pay a past due balance. Which there shouldn't have been because I had gone to the store to pay my bill the week before it was stolen and the bill was already paid. So I said well I have no past due balance so I'm not paying. Fast forward to now. Because of their employees neglect to do HIS fucking job I'm now sitting with a bill for 2,500$ which I'm not going to pay because i havent had the phone for nearly half a year now and the whole situation is brought about by one of their own employees not doing his job. It wasn't my fault, I didn't do anything. It's entirely on them. I will not pay that bill and I will go to court over this if I have to. Because this is BULLSHIT.
