Customer disappointed with quality of witchery skirt, vinyl peeling after only a few wears, seeking apology and resolution.
Dear Witchery, I just wanted to share this with you. I am a regular & long standing customer of Witchery - I love your clothing. If only I could spend more, however times are tough now! Below is a photo of what has happened to my "wannabe leather" skirt. I purchased this a few years ago to wear to an occasion, and can count the amount of times I have worn this. No more than possibly half a dozen times. I recently started a new job and today I wore it, big mistake!! Through out the course of the day the vinyl has peeled away, so embarrassing. A lady on the tram mentioned my skirt was peeling as I stood up to get off the tram; what a moment. Whilst I can appreciate i have had it for a few years, I would expect this after wearing it over and over, and maybe from a Kmart item. Certainly not after half a dozen times and not from Witchery. I'm really disappointed that the quality didn't stand the test of time, not to mention how embarrassing it has been to wear in the office today.
