Customer seeks full refund, related costs, and apology from ahm for difficulty in canceling policy. threatens legal action and complaint to ombudsman.
You make it so hard to cancel a policy. If a single cent is taken from my account by ahm I will be back barging every cent you have taken since my initial phone call in January when I first requested a cancellation but got it suspended instead. Plus the time I have to take off work for court plus any other related costs. You cannot force me to keep a policy I have never and will never leave. I will also be putting in a formal complaint with the health insurance ombudsman.
