FAQs

Ajust helps you organise the complaint before formal escalation.

Are you the regulator?

No. Ajust is an independent consumer advocate, not Fair Trading, Consumer Affairs, or ACCC.

Should I go to Fair Trading or start with you first?

If the business hasn't gone silent yet, starting with us is usually faster. If they've stalled you out, the regulator is the right next step.

What if my complaint is really an ACCC issue?

ACCC usually looks at bigger patterns, not single disputes. If your complaint is about one business, Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs are more likely the right path. We can help you push the business first.

Will starting here slow me down with the regulator?

No. If you end up at the regulator, you'll get there faster and better prepared.

Do I pay to get started?

No. It is free to get started, and you only pay if you decide to go ahead.
