Customer is disappointed with windsor smith shoes splitting in the same spot on multiple pairs, despite taking good care of them.
This BBM is the 2nd pair of this shoe I have purchased and in the exact same spot both pairs have split? My daughter also had a pair and the exact same thing happened to hers as well!! I am contacting you as I am extremely dissapointed . I have a back injury and am waiting on surgery and I saved gif months to puchase both pairs of shoes!! Just go have this same thing happen. I would find it hard to believe this issue is not happening to other people and in my opinion this is something your quality control should look into?! I do not wear these shoes every day and I take good care of them. I was very hesitant to purchase the second pair however with my back injury they actually are a comfortable shoe. I do not have money to waste on anything , I am a widow so I gave no financial help but I am extremely dissapointed with the quality of this shoe which is why I felt the need to contact you
