Customer seeks replacement boots from r.m. williams due to heels coming away from main leather boot after minimal wear.
Hi There bought R M Williams Stockyard boots About 2 years ago, in that time have only worn for about 10 hours. put them on last friday the 10th may 2024 and within 5 minutes of wearing them the heals on both boots come away from the main leather boot. I have bought a lot of R M Williams gear over the years and no complaints about the quality, but I cannot say the same about these boots. I am hoping R M Williams will do the right thing and replace these boots as I like the boots and are comfortable to wear. Regards Richard Cavanagh
