Customer seeks refund or store credit from price attack for ineffective product, encountered rude and unhelpful staff, vows not to return.
I brought an item that the lady recommended to me for covering greys temporarily! It did not work at all, I took the item back to the store with my receipt a few hours later and politely asked for a refund or at least a store credit, I think she was quite rude the way she spoke to me, told me I could not get a refund at all? When clearly the receipt states you’re entitled to a refund if a product isn’t doing what it’s suppose to do.? I asked her to read the receipt where it stated the refund policy! “She said I can read” very rudely and wouldn’t go over the receipt policy”. Also told me she didn’t know how to do a refund or a store credit, she was the only one in the store? I asked her why she isn’t trained to do so if she is the main person on the floor selling items to customers. Telling me in a very rude tone that Her manager is too busy to train her ? Worst experience ever! Won’t be going back there again.

Manager at Price Attack in Liverpool Westfields has went out of her way to racially discriminate and personally attack me out of nowhere. I was minding my own business as the store that is located two shops away from her. she proceeds to cuss and and even pulling the "slit eyes" to mock my Asian traits. She has used verbal and physical motions to show that she wants to cause me harm. This issue has not only affected me but my coworkers as well as the store next to us, she has repeatedly caused harm and trouble for the people here
