Customer upset about incorrect change given by trainee at muzz buzz, felt embarrassed and spoken to rudely by employees, will not return.
I ordered a coffee, espresso a trainee served me. She asked me if I wanted milk with that. I gave her the correct change. Four dollars, the employee assisting the trainee told me I gave the incorrect change. It was 10 cents short, I counted the money twice before I gave it to the trainee, and other lady told me I was 10cents short they clearly count it up when I asked them to show me the money I gave them. They showed me the money without the two five cent coins, which the trainee must’ve misplaced somehow. I was spoken to Rudely by the employees at the Muzz buzz in Kalamunda and made to feel ashamed for not being to count. If I didn’t have the correct money, I would’ve just made the purchase on the card. Clearly they were in the wrong and the issue was related to the trainee I believe. Anyway I visit that place number of times a week and will not be returning.

I would like to k ow why you felt the need to change you chai powder to syrup? I always have a chai frappe and yours is by far the best I have had until now. Why change something that was not broken. All I can think of is that it's obviously cheaper for you to get the syrup.
