Customer upset with jimmy choo store in homebush, nsw for poor service, broken promises, and wasting time. manager prioritized personal break over customer needs.
Went to the jimmy Choo store in Homebush NSW today was trying to get a pair of boots for my sisters bday and was told that the size I wanted had to be bought from down stairs in storage and was asked by manager to give her 30 mins to go and the boots I wanted. So we walked around looking around at other stores to give them time and come back 40-45 mins later. There was a line waiting to enter the store again so we waited another 20 mins and 15 mins of waiting in Walks in the manager carrying a Boost drink! Thought nothing of it. So we continued to wait. So we asked another staff member if the boots had been bought in so she went to ask her manager and were told. That NO they had not been bought in yet and if we could come back another Day!!! Wtf 🤯the nerve!! And of course I told her I don’t have time to came back another day. I was so pissed off. We walked out with out the shoes and now my sister says she doesn’t want the shoes after the bad taste of the customer service experience left in our mouths! If the manager couldn’t be bothered to go and check about the shoes she should not promise to do something and waste customer time!!! But what really pissed me off was that she did have time to get her self a fucking drink! Do better or at least ask staff not to ask customer to come back if they don’t intend to do what was promised!
