Customer complaint about cracks appearing on new drive installed by huddle insurance, seeking resolution for issue affecting elderly customer.
Having a new drive put in by Huddle insurance the job was signed off but shortly after cracks appeared everywhere the out come would ideally be a drive with no cracks being elderly this problem has really affected me after having sent pictures and emails the problem has still not been fixed.

Customer seeks payment, explanation, and apology from huddle for car repair claim, total loss decision, and sudden registration cancellation without notice.
I opened a claim on 04/03 to repair a dented door, at the time, my car registration would expire on 07/04 and I needed a new pink slip to renew. The inspection was carried out and it was said during the inspection that the car was repairable. On 03/23, there was still no response from the insurance company regarding the claim, I changed the 4 tires on the car, did the pink slip and renewed the CTP insurance and registration in NSW for 6 months. On 4/4, Huddle got in touch saying that my car was a total loss (even though I had ordered the repair elsewhere before activating the insurance) and amazingly, on 5/4 without any prior notice, they canceled the registration of my car without any prior notice and until now they have not contacted me to explain why they did this leaving me on the street yesterday, nor when are they going to pay for my car and how much will the payment be since it is not fair to deduct the CTP and the registration payment.

Recently we wanted to make a claim against one of your clients Karen B Kohsla you rejected the claim and put in the hands of ARMA- this should not have happened- This caused us stress frustration and we were out of pocket a lot because of phone calls to arma not always were our calls returned.<br />Nor were emails- This case has now been closed<br />Obviously your client filed a false claim and told many lies<br />We will never ever deal with huddle again and cannot recommend them to any one.<br /><br />You should check the road rules when someone backs out of a drive they are at fault- check with the [police<br />Margaret Morter Luke Priest
