Customer seeking refund from edreams, received empty gift card, unable to reach customer service for assistance, frustrated with lack of support.
I had cancelled my flights and converted my refund to gift card voucher which automatically sent by edreams in an email. You have to downloaded the app to be able to get the gift card but it was empty. Emailed them back and an agent replied with a link but the link is empty . I send another email but I keep getting replied the email is no longer monitored. Speak with someone through the app but no one provide answer why the gift card is empty. Couldn’t make a call and email doesn’t seem to get through anymore. So difficult to just get your money back there’s no costumer service to get the help and answer you needed.

I have booked my ticket with edreams at the same time as my son and was charged $617 extra. The charge appears on my statement as a separate transaction. I have requested my invoice three times, without success, I have made a complaint but more than two months later I am still to get a reply. I would like to know what I've been charged for as $617 is a large amount of money. Thank you in advance for any advise. Kind regards.

Customer wants refund for cancelled flight, but payment method has expired and has not received any updates from edreams.
My flight that I booked through EDreams was cancelled in April 2020 due to Covid. On 22-Aug-2022, I received an email from EDreams saying that I had been refunded $1573.36 to the same payment method used in the original booking. Immediately, I reached out to them to let them know that the card they we’re trying to refund to had expired since I made the purchase almost three years ago. Since then, I have contacted them countless times and they keep telling me that that the status of my refund was complete, until the last time I contacted them back on 8-Oct-2023. After I made a complaint, Edreams confirmed via email that they were moving forward with my refund request and was waiting to hear back from the airline. I have t heard from them since.

Customer is complaining about e-dreams not providing a refund for return flights to darwin during lockdown, despite qantas agreeing to refund.
During complete lockdown, we were booked for return flights to Darwin with Qantas. obviously, we couldn't go legally but this company has been going back and forth with me and Qantas, neither want to give me a refund. I know Qantas changed their policies due to public outrage and have agreed to refund. E-Dreams now say they can't contact Qantas and it's up to me to pursue. They have taken their fee out and not helped at all.

Hello, about 3 days ago, me and my 2 children got a ticket to Izmir at about 12 am on Wednesday and our flight was the next day at 12:45 pm. The day after, we got a taxi to go to the airport, which took 3 hours and we had to pay the taxi a lot of money. When we arrived at the airport we got an email that our flight had been cancelled at 11:01 at very short notice meaning that we had to get up at 5 am, get ready, book a taxi for 3 hours for our flight just for it to get cancelled, causing a great lot of inconvenience, and Money, also I would like to add that my husband is working and can't pick us up resulting to us having to stay at an hotel for 3 days till our next flight on Saturday. The 3 days we had to stay at the hotel cost us a lot of money. So now we are going to struggle with money for the next 3 months. We haven't done anything wrong so could we be compensated in the money that we have paid.<br /> FUNDA KARAKURT
